Dan Pena’s Top 10 QLA Seminar Principles to Live By
The 10 QLA Commandments (based on my research and attending the QLA seminar):
(02:55) I. Read your affirmations twice daily. – Set goals that you can’t achieve in your lifetime.
(04:40) II. Yesterday’s dreams are today’s reality. Simulation: Practice within when you’re without.
(07:05) Ill. Act as if there are NO limits to your abilities. Absence of evidence isn’t evidence of absence.
(09:07) IV. Enthusiasm: Greek God From Within. All high-performers are enthusiastic.
(11:07) V. There are no rules. To be super-successful you must think outside the box.
(13:34) VI. Work on your dream team immediately. You are only as good as the men around you.
(14:58) VII. Don’t feel good about yourself. Feel good when you have lots of money.
(17:14) VIII. Think of your exit strategy from day 1. The more you investigate the less you invest.
(19:02) IX. Leverage Other People and Other People’s Money to pry open the door to success.
(20:57) X. A deal is either hot or not. Investigate generalities and always look for the red flag.
This is the summary of Dan Pena’s QLA Seminar principles after attending the October 2015 seminar.
